SafeRock IT is a managed IT services provider for companies in Morocco, then in the European Union, Africa and the Gulf countries: Windows, Android and Mac device management, identity management and preparation for security compliance. What we collect

We use no advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

- Performance of a contract when we provide our services to your company or to you directly
- Our legitimate interest in security when we protect this site from spam and abuse
Who processes your information on our behalf
We use a small number of service providers, who process your information only to provide their service to us:
- Cloudflare hosts this site and provides the Turnstile check that protects the contact form from bots
- Slack receives the messages sent through the contact form, so that our team can read and answer them
- Microsoft provides our email and the Bookings calendar used to schedule calls
This site serves its own fonts: your browser does not connect to any third party font service.
Your information may be processed in Morocco, in the European Union, in the USA and in the other countries where these providers operate.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not lead to an engagement are kept for up to 24 months, so that we can follow up and keep a record of what was discussed. Client records are kept for as long as we provide our services, and afterwards for as long as tax and contractual rules require. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to be informed about how your personal information is used, to ask for a copy of it, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict its use, and to withdraw your consent at any time. In Morocco, these rights are provided by Law 09 08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, whose application is overseen by the CNDP (Commission nationale de contrôle de la protection des données à caractère personnel, the Moroccan data protection authority). People in the European Union have these rights under the GDPR. To exercise any of them, write to hello@saferockit.com and we will reply within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNDP or with the data protection authority of your country of residence in the European Union.
Security
This site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to requests is limited to the SafeRock IT team members who need it, and our own accounts are protected by single sign on and multifactor authentication.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or audience measurement cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the contact form is filled in by a person, may store a temporary token in your browser, for that purpose only.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
